Festival of Lights

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another great Festival of  Lights in Downtown Perth. We enjoyed a roaring campfire and joined with the Men and Women of the Tay as they sang our favorites Christmas carols. Everyone was thrilled to see a wonderful display of fireworks behind the Crystal Palace as they were launched over the Tay River. Immediately afterwards the doors were opened at the Crystal Palace and everyone was invited in to see the 34 Christmas trees, decorated by various local businesses. The BIA invited The Table, our local food bank to fund raise for the event and they offered warm chili, a ginger cookie and a drink for any donation. The Mountain of Food was also on site to collect any food donations that were brought that evening. Our thanks to the local fire fighters for handling the fireworks and monitoring the campfire for the evening.

The crowd listened to wonderful music by Isaac Hanna Matthews and Stephan Schilke during the Festival of Lights.  We received lots of wonderful comments about these talented young men!
