Congratulations to Nick Valliquette from the Stone Cellar
Nick will be stepping behind the stove on the NEW season of "Chopped Canada" on September 10th!
Chopped Canada challenges a chef to show their cooking mastery through three rounds of mystery basket ingredients - appetizer, entree and dessert. Each course serves as its own round in competition, and the chef with the least successful dish, as determined by a panel of judges, is eliminated after each round, The chef who comes out on top following the dessert round will win the bragging rights of being a "Chopped Canada" champion and the $10,000 prize!
From making his own maple syrup to enjoying venison, Nick grew up with unique food experiences and has translated that into a passion for cooking. He hopes to win the prize to start producing his own line of preserves.
NIck is the second chef from the Stone Cellar to compete on "Chopped Canada." To celebrate Nick's culinary success, and his competition on the popular show, he will be featuring a personalized menu on September 10th, which will be available to the public. Afterwards that evening everyone is invited to the Stone Cellar at 9:00 p.m. to cheer Nick on and watch he television debut! Our congratulations to Nick!
