​Dear Bistro54 Customers 
We are now offering meals in a take out format. The menu will be shorter than our regular in-house menu and designed for meals to travel better and reheat more effectively than some of the more delicate items. 
​Take out available Wednesday through Saturday. When considering take out orders we ask that you call in your order with your credit card ready. We will process your card prior to your designated pick-up time. Orders will be taken by phone between the hours of 1 pm and 3:30 pm and after 5 pm. All orders must be received before 7:30 pm. A copy of your bill, credit card receipt and re heating instructions will be included in your take out bag. We ask that you come in to the restaurant by the front door and only at your designated pick up time. If you arrive early please wait in your car until that time to avoid any conflicts with social distancing within the restaurant. Pick up times will be staggered when possible by 10 minute intervals to allow for social distancing and the cleaning of door handles between customers. Please know that our kitchen (in which there is only two of us) takes the Covid19 pandemic extremely seriously and that customers need not worry about our protocols. 
These are awkward times and we will continue to do our best to supply our regular products to our loyal customers.  We greatly appreciate all of the community support. Keep well and we will be back to normal as soon as possible.
