Nomination Consent Form
We encourage all eligible members of the Downtown Heritage Perth BIA to consider allowing their name to stand for Director. The election will be held for seven (7) positions on the Board of Management for the four (4) year term expiring 2030. All eligible members who wish to stand for election must complete and return this form to the BIA office no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 22, 2026.
